  I would give this place -10 Stars if I could. I came here the first time took about 5 minutes in order to get seated. I would understand if they were busy but they were not. It also took another 10 minutes for someone to come and get my drink order. I was never given a menu so therefore I kinda was forced to order from the daily specials card. 3 tables got filled up with customers approximately 5 minutes after I ordered my food. They all received their meal well before I decided to get up and pay for my drink and leave. I am a truck driver I get the luxury to eat at many different restaurants throughout the United States. R&F restaurant has the worst service I've ever seen.. I would highly recommend going elsewhere. The second time I came to this place the doors were locked but they were open for business. When they open the door they told us that there was a tour bus when they open the door they told us that there was a tour bus coming in 30 minutes in 30 minutes they would not be able to serve us. 45 minutes later I drive by no tour bus and the restaurant was still empty. I will never come back here again. I highly recommend you find somewhere else to eat.

  R & F was recommended by Monticello Inn (awful!) because it was "Mexican Night." Chicken stuffed in a flour tortilla with a bit of (canned) green sauce, placed on a salad plate with a hint of beans, rice, and diced tomatoes, is NOT Mexican food! Not sure how this place got more than one star?...Unless everyone that eats at R & F misses school cafeteria food AND they are friends with the owners. We waited forever to be seated and served - which was not true for the locals. And, as stated, the food was sub par - unless all things in a tortilla are Mexican, R & F did not meet any standard I would consider noteworthy of 3.5 stars. Waiting while locals (who came in after us) did not make the food taste better. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you have a hankering for over-priced cafeteria food.
