  Every time we visit Monticello we try to make it over to the Line Camp. We have had excellent steak every time we have been there.

  We drove past the steakhouse everyday going between Monticello and and Indian Creek and decided to try it (instead of driving up to Moab). We are very glad we did. The food was excellent and the decor nice (if you don't mind dear trophies watching you eat). We just wish we tried before our last night in town. If I come back to the area, I would definitely go back.

  Good American fare, mid - priced. The small ribeye was very tasty and portioned well, probably better than my bacon - wrapped filet mignon, also a good portion. Decent enough Utah craft brew selection (bottles). Included baked potato (or country potatoes), garlic toasted French bread, excellent salad, and home style baked beans. Cozy atmosphere even with linens and cloth. I would go again.
